This newly constructed property is built in Avant Garde style, and
is the only establishment in the whole of Spain to offer treatments
and therapies combining thermal spring water with sea water, with
astounding benefits for health, beauty and well-being. It comprises
a total of 84 rooms and suites on 3 floors and offers guests a wide
range of facilities spread over more than 2000 m², including four
clearly defined areas dedicated to guests' health, beauty and
well-being. Other facilities on offer at the air-conditioned
complex include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check out
service, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a hairdressing
salon, a TV lounge, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Conference
facilities are available for business guests. For an additional fee
guests can take advantage of the hotel's Internet access, room and
laundry services and car park, or hire a bicycle during their
stay.
Rooms
Guests can choose from a range of different room categories.
Standard rooms offer guests views of the park, and rooms are
available with a sea-view terrace. Alternatively guests may choose
one of the suites with a view over the sea. All units are en suite
and fully equipped with a bath, a hairdryer, a thermostat,
satellite TV, mini bar, safety deposit box, broadband Internet
connection and direct dial telephone. Internet access is available
in all rooms.
Activities & Sport
The hotel has its own indoor saltwater swimming pool, heated to
30ºC and complete with water jets, the 'Niagara jet' and the 'swan
stream', as well as bubbling beds and chairs. Guests will also
enjoy the immersion tank, icy spring, shower temple, Mediterranean
room, sauna, steam room, hamam, caldarium and hot tub. A range of
spa and massage treatments are available for an additional fee.
Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the hotel's gym
facilities and aerobics room, or try an aqua aerobics class. Those
seeking some rest will enjoy the relaxation zone, with its healthy
refreshment bar, providing a range of juices and fruit/herbal teas.
There is a sun terrace provided for guests' relaxation (charges
apply). Guests will find two golf courses, Golf en Sant Andreu de
Llavaneres and Sant Vicenç de Montalt not far from the hotel. In
addition to this there are facilities for pitch and putt, horse
riding, water sports, tennis, padel tennis and football. Guests can
also enjoy a walk along the beach or a shopping trip to Mataró
(some 7 km away) or Barcelona (about 36 km from the hotel). There
is also a whole host of places of interest in the area, including
the Parque de los Aves, the Puig i Cadafalch trail, Picasso's
Caldes and a number of interesting Roman, 16th century, Baroque,
Neo-Classical and Modernist constructions.
