The luxury hotel is just across the splendid promenade from a fine sandy beach. There is an array of shops, lively bars and nightclubs as well as restaurants as well as links to the public transport network to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity. Pisa and its countless attractions is 16 km from the hotel; Pisa's airport is 12 km away.

The hotel building was built in 1970 and renovated in 2002. It consists of 3 buildings and 4 floors, of which 3 are singles, 172 are doubles as well as 4 suites. Facilities on offer include a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception with safes, a cloakroom, 3 lifts, a currency exchange, a nightclub, a coffee shop and 2 bars. In addition, there are two restaurants, one of which is an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area, as well as a TV room, a public Internet terminal (for an additional fee) and a secure bicycle storage facility. There is a kids' club (July to August) and a playground available for children.
