The club resort is located in the south of Landes, on the edge of a saltwater lake, in a stunning natural environment. Sea and sandy beaches are 800 metres away, with access from the bike path. It is near the town of Vieux Boucau and there are services and shops within 2 km. Having a car during the stay is recommended. The station Gare de Dax (TGV) is 25 km away and Biarritz Airport is 50 km away.

The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby at this apartment hotel. Younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground.
