The city hotel was built in 2001 and has been completely renovated since then. It consists of 280 rooms on 24 floors, of which 266 are doubles and 14 are suites. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, lifts, a kiosk, a café, a hairdresser, a lobby bar and bicycle rental. The inviting restaurant is à la carte and air-conditioned. Business guests may also make use of the wireless Internet connection as well as the conference room. Car parking facilities in the hotel's own garage or car park are available for an additional fee. The room and laundry service as well as the medical assistance round off the amenities on offer.

Rooms

Rooms are in different styles; again this is typical of many hotels in this chain. They are in either Scandinavian, Oriental, Italian or Maritime design. All rooms are medium in size and in exceptional condition as are the bathrooms. They are all fully equipped and are without doubt some of the best hotel rooms in Estonia.

Restaurant & Food

There are 2 restaurants, one a fine dining restaurant located on the ground floor, Season's. The other, the less formal Madissonis Bar and Grill is to be found attached to the hotel with the main entrance from the street.
