This property not only boasts a prime central location, but

Exterior: It is a traditional late Victorian building.
Lobby: The lobby area is located on the first floor and is small in
size. The whole area has recently been refurbished, giving a fresh
modern feel.

The tastefully decorated rooms come equipped with a bathroom,
hairdryer, direct dial telephone, carpeting and central heating as
standard. All the rooms offer contemporary features such as
interactive entertainment systems and broadband internet access,
whilst still retaining traditional levels of comfort and style.
Restaurant & Food
Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet. There is
also the opportunity to dine from the set menu offered at lunch and
in the evenings as well as an à la carte menu available at
dinner.

Comments
There is no lift or stair from street level to the first floor
where the hotel starts, therefore, all guests must be able to climb
30 stairs before get to the lift. The hotel does not except same
sex parties of more than 3 rooms. The hotel has the right to turn
these guests away (non-refundable).

there
Directions from the M6: take the M6 into the A74(M) exiting J13 to
A702 into Edinburgh to City Centre and Waverley Railway Station.
Travelling from the A1: take the A1(M) into Edinburgh and Waverley
Railway Station. The Hotel is almost opposite the Princes Street
exit.
