The air-conditioned hotel features 200 elegantly furnished rooms, 2
restaurants and a bar. The executive lounge offers panoramic views
of the West Lake, and there are conference facilities able to
accommodate up to 150 delegates. The hotel has a lobby with a
24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange
facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand and a safe.
The hotel also houses a café and hairdressing salon. In addition to
complimentary WLAN Internet access, guests can also take advantage

Rooms
The guest rooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms including a
shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Each room also comes with a direct
dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, WLAN Internet access, minibar,
individually regulated air conditioning units and safe as standard.
All rooms have either a double or king-size bed, tea and coffee
making facilities, central heating and an ironing set. Many of the
200 guest rooms feature stunning views of the legendary West Lake
Avenue through large bay windows and are fitted with terraces. Rain
showerheads are also available.
Restaurant & Food
The ART 6 restaurant has an international buffet concept which
combines local culture with the French delicacies of wine, cheese,
pastries and freshly baked bread. The Yongjinge Chinese Restaurant,
located on the 6th Floor, offers superb views of the West Lake and
includes 19 private rooms. It serves the finest Hangzhou and
Cantonese cuisine. In addition to the breakfast and dinner buffets,
lunch and dinner are served á la carte. There are daily
specials.
Activities & Sport
The hotel features the only Balinese Spa in Hangzhou, with
treatments given by experienced and professional Balinese
therapists. Guests are invited to pamper and envelop themselves in
nature and discover the hotel's Bali Spa. There is also an indoor
swimming pool, steam room, gym, hot tub, sauna and beauty salon
offering massage treatments.
